The design firm still makes many of its products completely in the United States, usually in its facilities nestled in the foothills of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The 22-acre campus includes a 350,000 square-foot factory as well as creative studios and corporate offices (and the offices are dog-friendly). The company proudly remains a family-friendly employer: many Robert Abbey staffers are third- and fourth-generation employees of the firm. Robert Abbey’s motto –"Your success means our success, and we never forget that” – still guides the work ethic of the company’s designers, production crews, service representatives and other team members.
